Most staffed Cary facilities, including Town Hall and the Citizen's Convenience Center, will be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth. Veterans will have the opportunity to file new claims with the VA, receive answers to questions about VA appeals, benefits, and healthcare. Veterans and their dependents will be supported by a team that includes Veterans’ Benefits and Health Administrators, Vet Center staff, and Veterans’ Service Officers. Attendees will receive in-person explanations and assistance in facilitating and expediting existing claims and appeals, filing new claims, and submitting all claims-related evidence for processing. Information on VA benefit programs and the latest updates on the PACT Act will also be provided.
