Per NC Statute 143-318.12 and Town Council Policy 143, Rules and Procedures of Council, the Mayor is calling an emergency meeting for the Cary Town Council.

Subject(s) to be considered: The release of the investigative reports regarding activities taken or directed by Cary’s former Town Manager, including but not limited to:

1. Spending and financial reporting;
2. Communication with the full Council, staff, and residents; and
3. The work environment created by the former Town Manager with many of the staff he worked most closely with.
