Neighborhood meetings provide an opportunity for applicants to present information on new rezoning requests and receive feedback from nearby property owners prior to the formal public hearing.  The neighborhood meeting will be held in a virtual format (via Zoom and phone access). Questions should be directed to the Planning and Community Development Department at 919-469-4000 or call 311 within Cary's Town limits.

Neighborhood Meetings will be held virtually on Zoom from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The following cases will be discussed on September 2nd, 2026.
