Cary, NC – More than 170 artists from across North Carolina will converge on Cary for the annual Spring Daze Arts & Crafts festival at Bond Park on Saturday, April 29 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Spring Daze features more than 170 North Carolina artists, entertainment on three stages, delicious festival food, and Cary's annual Earth Day Celebration. Scattered between artists, food and staged entertainment is the Kids World and PlayZone; Earth Day Lane, Cary’s Earth Day Celebration; and Cultural Arts Row, where patrons can learn about Cary’s non-profit arts organizations. A digital version of the Festival Booklet and Festival Map are available online.

“We are thrilled to announce the return of the Spring Daze Arts and Crafts Festival.” said Jenna Kostka, Festivals and Events Supervisor for Cary. “This annual event has become a beloved tradition in our community, showcasing the incredible talents of local artists and crafters. We are excited to once again bring together families, friends, and neighbors for a day of artistic talent, music, food, and fun, while supporting the vibrant arts scene that makes our town so special. Join us on April 29th for a celebration of creativity and community spirit!"

The festival is a juried art show, and every exhibiting artist at the festival this year is from North Carolina, with many also calling Cary home. This year’s featured artist is Min Zhong. Born in Bejing, China, Min moved to the United States in 1998 and studied at North Carolina State University. She has grown to love North Carolina, especially its friendly people and natural beauty. While her style is continuously evolving, her painting principles remain the same: she always has an emotional connection to her subjects. Currently, Min primarily uses oil paints to depict people and places of North Carolina. Her hard work and dedication have paid off in the form of numerous awards and recognition. In 2023, she was accepted as a member of Oil Painters of America. Spring Daze festivalgoers can visit Min in Section C.

With limited parking at Bond Park, patrons are encouraged to utilize alternative means of getting to the festival.
