Cary, NC - From intimate concerts in Cary’s signature arts venues to hands-on creative experiences under the lights of Downtown Cary Park, Valentine’s Day in Cary is designed to feel warm, personal, and memorable. Whether it’s a first date, a longtime tradition, or a night out with friends, Cary offers ways to celebrate connection through music, art, and shared experiences.

“The goal this Valentine's season is to ensure everyone in Cary has a way to celebrate love and connection,” said Robbie Stone, Cary’s Arts Program and Operations Coordinator. “Whether you're looking for world-class live music or a creative date night under the stars, we've created something special for everyone.”

A Night of Jazz, R&B, and Funk with Chip Shearin

Spend Valentine's Night with Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Chip Shearin, the visionary bassist behind the Sugarhill Gang's "Rapper's Delight."

February 14, 5–9 p.m. | Downtown Cary Park's Academy Pavilion, 327 S. Academy St.
