When Cary receives a request from an applicant to rezone an area, neighbors within 800 feet of the property are notified to inform and update them about the process. This early input helps developers work with neighborhoods as they move forward to develop land use.
The rezoning neighborhood meetings will be held in a virtual format (via Zoom and phone access).
