How to Read This Dashboard
- Status definitions:
NOT STARTED — Recommendation has been received, but no work has been scheduled yet.
RESEARCH — Work is focused on brainstorming, data collection, analyzing best practices, examining case studies, speaking with experts, stakeholder input, and feedback.
DEVELOPMENT — Writing documents and moving through various stages of approval processes that could include Town Manager review or formal adoption by Town Council at a regular meeting.
COMPLETE — The recommendation has been completed.
- IDs reference the report and recommendation number.
CB = Cherry Bekaert LLP (Annual Independent Audit)
WBD = Womble Bond Dickinson (Town Council Special Commission Report)
OSA = N.C. Office of the State Auditor (OSA Report) - Clicking a color filters by that selection. For example, to see all reports with a status of "Research," click on the Research piece of the pie chart.
