Facilities projects completed by the Town are identified and reviewed in the Town's Capital Improvement Budget (CIB) and Ten Year Plan (CIP).  

For some facilities, a strategic plan guides which projects are implemented. For others, needs are identified and the best solution is the completion of a capital project. The projects listed in this section are a result of the planning and approval of the Town's CIB.
