Bella Huang

Bella Huang is a mom, small business owner, and community advocate who has called Cary home for more than a decade. She is passionate about fostering a thriving, inclusive community that values sustainability, strong connections, and a vibrant town for all.

Bella serves on the North Carolina Arts Council Board and the Triangle Chinese Language School Board, where she advocates for cultural enrichment, creative education, and community connection. As Vice President of iPearl Inc., Bella helps lead efforts that support teachers and students across the nation. Through iPearl, her family has contributed to the creation of innovative learning spaces such as the iPearl Innovation Studio and in D. H Hill library at NC State University.

Deeply committed to cultural celebration, civic engagement, and leadership development, Bella co-founded the North Carolina Asian Americans Alliance and the Margin of Victory Empowerment Foundation—both 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations dedicated to empowering youth leaders and amplifying underrepresented voices. She also co-founded the Margin of Victory Empowerment PAC to encourage broader community participation and diversity in public service.

Drawing on her experiences as a mother, small business owner, and community advocate, Bella believes in thoughtful growth, transparent leadership, and creating opportunities for all Cary residents to succeed. She is dedicated to working collaboratively to ensure Cary remains a safe, vibrant, and welcoming place for families, businesses, and future generations.
