A District Meeting in Cary is a community-focused forum hosted by the Councilmember representing that district. These gatherings give residents the opportunity to connect directly with their elected representative and Town staff, hear updates on ongoing projects, and learn about issues affecting their part of Cary. In addition to the District Representative, the Mayor and two At-Large Representatives attend.

The typical agenda includes: Welcome Remarks, Town Updates, and Q&A. While each meeting focuses on one district, they are open to all community members. Following the meeting, the presentation and any follow-up responses to questions will be posted here.
