The Highcroft Drive Connection Project will complete missing gaps in Highcroft Drive in western Cary. Once completed, Highcroft Drive will be a strategic north-south corridor that parallels NC 540 and NC 55, connecting residents of western Cary to Panther Creek High School, the new Carpenter Park, and Highcroft Elementary School. 

The roadway will be designed to collector street standards and include many complete streets features that will safely accommodate both pedestrians and bicyclists. Connections to greenway trails and Carpenter Park will be emphasized as a part of the design.
