Downtown Parking
Learn about parking in downtown Cary at carync.gov/parking. The following parking areas are not available from Friday at 12 p.m. through Sunday at 9 p.m. on Lazy Daze weekend:

Festival Overview and Layout
The festival is located in downtown Cary, centered around Cary Town Hall. The footprint includes North Academy Street, Ambassador Loop, and Wilkinson Avenue. The event features seven color-coded sections (A through F and the Sister Cities Beer Garden), stages, food courts, and amenities.
Section Directory
Section A (Orange)
Located along North Academy Street, includes booths A001 to A121. Section A features include Squonk: Joy Machine, festival merchandise, the Chalk Walk, Solina: Dragonfly, and free water presented by Stephenson Law. Inside Town Hall is Our Town and the Cary 311 Cool Zone.
Section B (Green)
Located along Wilkinson Avenue, includes booths B200 to B253 and an entrance to the Sister Cities Beer Garden and stage.
Section C (Light blue)
Located in the parking lot and building of Herb Young Community Center, includes booths C300 to C315. Parking lot features include the Emerging Artist Showcase, Community Cove, and Kid Collectors Market (open 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.). Inside Herb Young Community Center features include the Access the Arts Artist Market (open 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.), Play Zone, artist demonstrations, and the Jerry Miller Art Exhibition.
Section D (Purple)
Located on Ambassador Loop and the surface parking lot behind the Cary Police Department, includes booths D400 to D420. Section D features the Crave Stage, Crave Corner food court, and Kids World. An entrance to the Sister Cities Beer Garden and stage is located at the intersection of Sections D and E.
Section E (Yellow)
Located on Ambassador Loop and the surface parking lot beside the Page Walker, includes booths E500 to E578. Section E features include the Chalk Walk, Patchwork Poster Project, and history timeline. Inside the Page Walker is a LD 50 History Exhibit, and the Caretaker's Retreat. At the Page Walker garden is the Lazy Lounge and stage. An entrance to the Sister Cities Beer Garden and stage is located at the intersection of Sections D and E.
Section F (Dark blue)
Located in the surface parking lot at the Cary Town Hall south entrance. Section F features the Savor Square Food Court, glass blowing demonstration, artist demonstrations, and water refill station.
Sister Cities Beer Garden and Stage (Pink)
Located in the Town Hall courtyard. The Sister Cities Beer Garden features a stage, beer vendors, and food vendors.
Key Amenities
Festival Shuttle
Located near the intersection of North Academy Street and Chapel Hill Road.
First Aid
Located behind the Cary Police Department in Section D.
Information Tents
There are two information tents. One is located near the intersection of North Academy Street and Wilkinson Avenue. One is located at the intersection of Sections D and E on Ambassador Loop.
Restrooms
Located inside Cary Town Hall, Herb Young Community Center, and behind the Cary Police Department in Section D.
Volunteer Headquarters
Located inside Herb Young Community Center.
Chalk Walk
Walk south on Academy Street towards Downtown Cary Park to view the inspiring creativity of chalk artists from around the country! The chalk walk starts in Section E near the intersection of Ambassador Loop and North Academy Street and continues south on Academy Street.
