Willie Hinton is an internationally recognized dancer, choreographer, and educator whose career spans major companies and institutions across the U.S. and abroad. A graduate of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, he trained on a full scholarship at the Alvin Ailey School, American Dance Festival, and the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.

Hinton has toured nationally and internationally with renowned companies including The Philadelphia Dance Company (Philadanco), Dance Kaleidoscope, and The Rebecca Kelly Dance Company, and performed with the legendary Chuck Davis African American Dance Ensemble. His international teaching includes residencies in Bolivia and Kenya.
