Wheels on Academy Car Show Entry Information

Thank you for your interest in showing your vehicle at Wheels on Academy. For general event information, visit carync.gov/wheels.

Eligibility 

Wheels on Academy is open to all makes, models, and years of vehicles including trucks and EVs.

Registration

Early Registration | Free: Will be available online in March.

Day of Registration | Free: Available on-site the morning of the event as space permits. Register at Herb Young Community Center after parking.

EV Owners

EVs are welcome to participate in the Wheels on Academy Car Show, and have the option of parking with Cary's green fleet as part of our EV showcase. Showcase registration will be available online in March.

Load-In

Time: 8 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
For the safety of attendees, cars must remain in place until 2 p.m.

Address: Wilkinson Ave & E Durham Rd, Cary

Groups: Groups wanting to park together need to arrive together. There is a large parking lot near the load-in entrance that can be used to group up if needed.

Awards

Awards available at Wheels on Academy 2027 will be available in March.
