• Practices begin the week of June 2. Practices are scheduled to end the week of July 28-
  31 (8 total practices).
• No Practices June 30-July 3 due to July 4th and the Cary Tennis Classic Professional
  Tennis Challenger Event.
• Practice rain outs will be added to the end of the season.
• 10u, 12u, and 14/18u practices are 60 minutes and will be held at Godbold Park and/or
  Annie Jones Park.
• 8u practices are 45 minutes long and will be held at Cary Tennis Park.
• Your child may only attend their registered practice day and time. No make ups or
  credits will be given for personal reasons.
• Only register a player for ONE practice time.

Match Information

10u, 12u, and 14/18u Divisions

• The season consists of six matches.
• Matches will be scheduled on Fridays with start times between 5:00 pm and 7:30
  pm.
• Matches start June 20 and run through August 8. No matches on June 27th or
  July 4th.
• All matches are 90 minutes long and will be held at a Town of Cary Park (Cary
  Tennis Park, Annie Jones Park, Godbold Park, Dunham Park, McCrimmon Park) or
  other local clubs/parks from the Morrisville/Apex/Holly Springs area.
• You may NOT request a specific match time or location.
• Canceled matches due to weather will be added to the end of the season.
• Additional match information (Location, Schedule and Times) will be provided once the
  season begins.

8u Divisions

• The season consist of six matches.
• Matches are 60 minutes long and will be schedule on Fridays with a possible start
  time of 5:30 or 6:30.
• Matches start June 20 and run through August 8. No 8u Matches June 27 or
  July 4.
• All 8u JTT Matches located at Cary Tennis Park.
• You may not request a specific match time.
• Canceled matches due to weather will be added to the end of the season.
• Additional match information (Schedule and Times) will be provided once the season
  begins.

USTA Membership

A USTA membership is required for JTT participation. All junior memberships
are FREE! Family memberships do not apply to the free junior membership.

JTT Refund Policy

Refunds must be requested in writing. A full refund of all registration fees will be
granted up until the first week of practices. Once the season has started, a player may
request a refund minus a $25 administrative fee as long as the request occurs before the
first scheduled match. After the date of the first scheduled match has passed, no refunds
will be granted except for verified medical/hardship cases. Credits that remain inactive
for one year will be donated to the PRCR’s Scholarship Fund.
