Making a Reservation
Patrons may reserve a court through RecTrac or over the phone by calling 919-469-4062 (Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.-noon).  

Same day reservations or changes to existing reservations may only be processed by calling 919-469-4062 (Mon.-Fri. 8:30 a.m.-noon).

You will need a RecTrac account to reserve a court online or over the phone. If you do not already have an account set up, please complete that step prior to making a reservation.  

How to Reserve a Court through RecTrac

Online Reservations Guidelines:
Individuals may reserve a maximum of 2, two hour reservations per week (Mon.-Sun.).

Requests for advanced tournament reservations or advanced ongoing use should be directed to Ted.Jeffcoate@carync.gov.

Hourly Court Reservation Fees:

• Minimum 1 hour reservation
• $15/hour

Tournament Court Reservation Fees:

• $150 Half-Day Tournament (All four courts at the same location for 5 hours or less)
• $300 Full-Day Tournament (All four courts at the same location for more than 5 hours)

Requests to change or cancel sand volleyball court reservations must be submitted three days in advance to sports@carync.gov. Sand volleyball courts are not closed due to inclement weather and reservations are held rain or shine. Refund will only be issued in the event of verified severe inclement weather (heavy rain, thunder, lightning). You must email sports@carync.gov within one business day of your reservation to request a refund due to inclement weather.
