Your reservation is not confirmed until you have been contacted by a member of the staff. Please review the Rates and Fees page before submitting your request.

We assign weekend tournament rentals to the individual director not to the affiliated organization. 

Rental Reservations are not transferrable and not permissible for trade amongst groups/directors.

This form is for 2026 Weekend Requests at the Thomas Brooks & Middle Creek Softball/Baseball Complexes only.

Weekend Request Information:  Now being accepted for 2026.

2026 Weekend Requests are now available and all requests are due by Wednesday, October 15.

Weekday Requests NO Longer Accepted with this form. 

Weekday Requests will be sent out at a later date. For more information please contact Ted Jeffcoate.

Request Notification Information

All requests for weekends February 28-November 15 will be reviewed as equal if received by October 15.

Any requests received after October 15 will be assigned based upon availability after all other requests have been granted and confirmed. 

You will be notified of your approved request by Friday, October 31.
