Fees for Cross Country Course Usage
The Cross Country Course Rental fee for a routine 5K event is $500 for Non-Profit Organizations (must provide verification) or $750 for For-Profit Organizations. The rental fee is due at time of booking. Once payment is received, you will receive a contract to electronically sign. You must sign and return the contract within five business days.

Insurance/Liability
Renters must submit a Certificate of Insurance 30 days prior to your event. We reserve the right to cancel your event if a Certificate of Insurance is not received. The event name and date must be listed on the Certificate of Insurance.
Comprehensive general liability insurance is required with limits of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) aggregate. The Certificate of Insurance must specifically list the "Town of Cary” at “P.O. Box 8005 Cary, NC 27512” as additional insured and certificate holder. The policy shall ensure liability insurance shall not be canceled or coverage reduced without the insurance carrier first giving 30 days written notice to the Town of Cary. 

Inclement Weather
The Town of Cary makes all decisions with regard to inclement weather and postponing or canceling the rental. A full refund will be provided if the Town of Cary cancels the rental.
