Each season, Cary Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources offers hundreds of activities for all ages, in Education, Environmental Education, Outdoor Recreation, Performing Arts, Sports, Studio Arts, Summer and Track Out Camps, Trips, and Visual Arts. In 2024, Cary launched the RecTrac activity registration software. This easy-to-use platform provides a smooth process from searching for a new activity to try through check out. You must have a RecTrac account to register for activities. Create your new account at RecTrac.

Need-Based Discount

Cary is committed to ensuring all residents have access to recreational opportunities. Through our need-based discount program, eligible Cary residents may receive reduced fees for programs offered by Cary’s Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department, helping make community activities more accessible and inclusive for everyone. Eligible residents may receive up to 95% off program fees, based on household income.
