The following passes can currently be purchased and renewed online:

*Studio Arts   Passes can be renewed online, but must be initially purchased in person.

 *Tennis Memberships  Passes can be renewed online, but must be initially purchased in person.  Please contact the Cary Tennis Park directly at (919) 462-2061.

Renew: Click the Search tab and navigate to Pass Renewal.  You will renew from here.  If you do not see any existing passes to renew, the pass may be under another person in your household.  (Click on your Name in the top right-hand corner, and click on My Passes/All Household Memberships).

New Pass: Click the Search tab, then add your desired pass to cart. Add the desired pass to cart and proceed through checkout.

1. Visit the Cary RecTrac webpage.

2. Click on Sign in/Register in the top right corner of the webpage. (On a mobile device, this is located in the top left corner)

3. Once logged in, click on your name in the top right corner of the webpage. (On a mobile device, this is located in the top left corner)

4. In the drop-down menu that appears when you click on your name, select ‘My Passes’ located under the column ‘Reprint.’   Any purchased passes will display under 'Membership Details.'  

When you are logged into RecTrac, click your name in the top right corner (on a mobile device, this will be accessed from the top left corner). Select ‘Reprint & Passes’ and ‘My Passes’. Your dog park pass will be listed under Membership Details.  To enter the dog parks, you will scan the barcode that displays here. You can screenshot or print the barcode for easy access later, or save it to a loyalty card app.

If you would like a physical key tag, visit Guest Services at Downtown Cary Park or any community center. If you would like to receive your key tag in the mail, contact us at carydowntownpark.support@carync.gov or call (919) 653-7180.

*If you do not see your pass listed, it could be linked to another member of your Household. Click on All Household Memberships to find the member with the pass attached, and scan that barcode for entry to the dog parks.
