Need help paying for Cary programs? 

Cary is committed to ensuring all residents have access to recreational opportunities. Through our need-based discount program, eligible Cary residents may receive reduced fees for programs offered by Cary’s Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department, helping make community activities more accessible and inclusive for everyone.

Application Information 

Eligible residents may receive up to 95% off program fees, based on household income.

Applications can be submitted:

• Online

• In person at NeighborUp’s Community Support Center (187 High House Rd. Cary, NC 27511)

All applications are reviewed by NeighborUp (formerly known as Dorcas Ministries), which determines eligibility for the program.

Your tax-deductible donation, of any amount, helps support residents who need financial assistance to participate in programs that enrich health, wellness, and community connection.

Donations are accepted year-round and can be made:

• In person at any Cary community center

• Online through RecTrac
