Triangle Aquatic Center

The Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC) was founded to fill the long-term need for year-round public aquatic facilities that address the health, safety, recreation, and competition needs of Cary citizens and organizations. TAC hosts over 80 aquatic events and attracts more than 650,000 patrons annually. We are home to many, including the TAC TITANS Swim Team, NCHSAA Championships, Special Olympics of North Carolina, and the National Black Heritage Meet. Recreational Swimming / Open Swim

Swim at your own pace and leisure! TAC is open to the general public, and no membership is required. Be sure to check out information about daily, monthly, and yearly passes. Swim with us!

TITANS Aquatic Programs

TAC offers group and private swim lessons for ages 6 months to 13 years and older -- there's something for everyone! Register today!

Designed for all levels of swimming, the TITANS team strives to develop each athlete to their greatest potential. From early pre-competitive swimming for younger swimmers to our Master's program for adults, we've got you covered. Sign up today!
