Triangle Aquatic Center
The Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit aquatic facility in Cary, North Carolina, and home to the TAC TITANS Swim Team and TITANS Swim Academy. Centered around competitive swimming, TAC also offers swim lessons, lap swimming, fitness programs, certification courses, community programs, and special events for people of all ages and abilities. Throughout the year, TAC hosts practices, swim meets, and local, state, and regional aquatic competitions.
TITANS Year-Round Swim Team
The TAC TITANS Swim Team offers experienced coaching and competitive opportunities for swimmers across a range of ages and skill levels. TITANS compete at local, regional, and national meets, and current and former swimmers have qualified for Olympic Trials and represented the United States in Olympic and Paralympic competition.

TITANS Swim Academy
TAC Swim Academy helps younger swimmers build water safety, strong strokes, confidence, and skills that support future competitive swimming. Private lessons are also available.
Recreational Swimming / Open Swim
Swim at your own pace! TAC is open to the public, and no membership is required. Find a new open swim schedule each week and confirm lane availability in real-time.
Fitness Programs

Make-A-Splash
TAC has partnered with USA Swimming's Make-A-Splash program to help save lives by raising awareness and providing quality swim lessons to the entire Triangle community.
