Team Registration Process for Adult League Sports

Adult sport league team registration will be accepted through TeamSideline. Team captains will create a TeamSideline account, register and pay for the team and invite their players to join the team's roster. All team registration payments and nonresident fee payments will be processed through this site.

2026 Spring Adult Softball

Team Registration: February 2-11 through Teamsideline

Team Fee: $600/$450*
$25 nonresident fee for each non-Cary resident on the team's roster.

Leagues: Co-ed (Monday/Wednesday), Men's Open (Tuesday/Thursday), *Men's C (Friday)
Season: Late March - June

Coed and Men's Open - 12 game regular season, double elimination tournament
Men's C Fri - 10 game regular season, double elimination tournament

Practice and game schedules will be posted on TeamSideline when available.  

2026 Women’s Summer Softball

Team Registration: May 11-20  through Teamsideline 
Team Fee: $400
$15 nonresident fee for each non-Cary resident on team's roster.

Play Nights: Tuesday/Thursday
Season: July-August
10 game regular season, double elimination tournament.

Practice and game schedules will be posted on TeamSideline when available.  

2026 Fall Adult Softball

Team Fee: $600
$25 non-resident fee for each non-Cary resident on team's roster.

Leagues: Coed (Monday/Wednesday); Men’s Open (Tuesday/Thursday)
Season: Mid August-October
12 game regular season, double elimination tournament.

Practice and game schedules will be posted on TeamSideline when available.  

Individual Interest Lists
If you would like to participate in an adult sports league, but don't have a team please complete the individual interest form. Often teams need additional players and may draw from this list.

If you are interested in being a team captain and trying to put together a team of your own with other players on the individual interest list, please email sports@carync.gov prior to the team registration period.

Inclement Weather Procedure
In case of inclement weather, a decision regarding games will be made by Sports staff.  Information will be on the Town website. A recording will also be on the Weather Cancellation Line (919) 319-4500. Updates are made at 3 p.m. each weekday, 8 a.m. on Saturday and noon on Sunday. If a decision is made after these times, it will be made at the facility by the officials.
