Claim for Damages

If you have been involved in an incident or accident resulting in property damage, bodily injuries and/or loss and wish to file a claim against the Town of Cary, you will need to submit a claim form.

Please complete the online claim form found to the right, and attach any supporting documentation such as pictures, police or incident reports, receipts/invoices or other supporting documentation.

You will be contacted upon receipt of your claim to discuss the claim process and the handling of your claim. Your claim must be fully investigated in order for a determination of liability to be made. The process of determining liability will depend on the nature of the claim.
