These reports offer a transparent look at system maintenance, permit compliance, community engagement, and sustainability efforts across Cary's three water reclamation facilities.

Highlights from the FY 2025 Report
- Zero reportable sewer overflows for the fiscal year
- Named Collection System of the Year by NC AWWA-WEA for the sixth consecutive year
- 7.44 billion gallons of wastewater were transported and treated across the system
- 1,016 miles of sewer lines are maintained by more than 200 staff members
- North Cary Water Reclamation Facility celebrated its 40th anniversary
- 1,566 gallons of used cooking oil were collected and recycled into biofuel
