Behind on your bill? If you can't pay by the due date, call 311 or (919) 469-4000 to ask about payment arrangements. Accounts more than 10 days past due may be disconnected. To restore service, pay your full past-due balance during 311 call center hours (Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.), then contact us to confirm your payment so we can turn service back on.
