Visit and enroll in our DigiPay/Aquastar portal. Payments are accepted seven days a week, 24 hours a day. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google & Apple Pay, Debit Card and Check payments. 

Cash payments are accepted Monday through Friday at Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (enter through our South Entrance, which is off Ambassador Loop Road). Our physical address is 316 N. Academy Street, Cary, NC 27513. 

Cash payments may also be made at the Customer Service Desk at any Walmart location (a $2 fee applies). You will need your account number including the hyphen. Your account will be updated automatically when your cash payment is made.

Check payments only are accepted at drop boxes (see image below) located in the South Entrance Parking lot at Cary Town Hall and in the parking lot at Bond Park Senior Center. Cash payments should not be dropped into drop boxes.
