The Aquastar web portal allows Town of Cary utility customers to view up to 13 months of water usage data. Users can view their hourly usage in charts or tables and set up usage alerts.

• Setting Alerts - Aquastar can no longer send text message alerts for water usage. Customers still have the option to receive usage alerts via email. To ensure you remain aware of your water consumption, log in to DigiPay to modify or add your email alert notification.

To access the Aquastar web portal, sign into your DigiPay account, and click the Aquastar tab.

Please Note: Aquastar data is different from your billing data. Aquastar data is provided by calendar rather than billing period.
